At our thrift store locations in Winona and Rushford we strive to provide low-cost items to the community. A great opportunity to donate your unwanted/unneeded items for them to get a second life as well.
Donations are accepted during these times:
Monday - Friday 10 AM-4 PM
Saturday 10 AM-1 PM
Monday 2-4 PM,
Tuesday - Friday 10 AM-5 PM
Saturday 9 AM-12 Noon
Donations items are accepted at the back door at both the Winona and Rushford locations.
Please ring the bell and wait for someone to assist you.
For large quantities of donations and large furniture pieces, it is very important that you call in advance so we may accommodate you more efficiently. Each locations phone number is located at the footer of this page. All furniture will be inspected before being accepted.
All donations need to be sell-able (i.e not missing any pieces, and in clean working condition.)
Donations we can Accept
Clean or gently used clothing of all sizes; jewelry, shoes, hats, scarves, belts, purses, etc.
Dishes, utensils, cookware, glassware, small kitchen appliances
Curtains, clean and gently used linens and bedding
Baby strollers, pack-and-plays, high chairs
CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes
Books and Magazines
Toys, stuffed animals and sports equipment
Home decor items in good condition
Radios, clocks, stereos, record players, and turntables, speakers, DVD and VHS players
Computer keyboards and computer mouse
Easily portable/wheeled luggage and backpacks
Furniture and accent pieces
Items we are Not Able to Accept
TVs and Microwaves
Car seats (for safety reasons and recalls)
Cribs, baby walkers, playpens
Encyclopedias and text books
Typewriters and computers (both desktop and laptop)
Potty chairs, bumper pads, umbrella strollers
Medical equipment and supplies such as diabetic devices & supplies, bedpans, walkers, crutches, etc.
Any items containing alcohol or smoking related labels/slogans
Outdated electronic equipment such as phone chargers, modems, routers, appliance cords.
Hardware, large appliances and fixtures such as hard-wired light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.
Large musical instruments, pianos and organs.
