We provide Christian help and support so that families and the community may thrive.
Classes and Group Mentoring for Families
Every parent wants a hopeful future for their child. Our classes provide opportunities for families to grow and learn together. Birth to three years is an important time for a child's neuro-development and attachment. A parent is the child's first and best teacher. The early childhood activity times we offer are fun informal way to help learning. We also offer classes for parents with older children, through the teen years. It is always the right time to build connection and learn together.
Gifts of Grace
Gifts of Grace is another service we offer for families in need. During one visit each month, struggling families may pick up a variety of basic necessities such as diapers, baby clothing, toilet paper and cleaning supplies free of charge. Families are also welcome to shop in our thrift store and select up to 6 items per household member. These items are usually clothing and shoes, but sometimes they include kitchenware and bedding.
Rushford Gifts of Grace Program available Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 12pm.
Winona Gifts of Grace Program available Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm.
Our mentoring programs offer opportunities for transitioning women and families to develop sound skills in decision making, goal setting, and problem solving.
